Buge Chao is now working at the School of Design, East China Normal University, and he specialize in user experience design, but have veered more towards moving image, interaction design and service design over time. Chao graduated from visual communication design in Luxun Academy of Fine Arts which is one of the best design and art collage in China, and he has recently graduated from, with honours, a degree in Masters in Communication Design at Central Saint Martins. His current research focuses on social Innovation and sustainable design.
